Here
is the updated bat information for the upcoming 2020 Spring season.
Below is a
summary for each level of play and what bats are allowed.
You must make sure that your child's bat is legal to use or it will not be allowed to be used in games.
T-Ball:
Any T-ball bat is allowed.
8U
Players in our in-house program may use any bat they can swing. We do recommend following these guidelines so that the bat will be legal as your child moves up to the next level. Players
may use any Wood bat, any USA Baseball stamped bats, any bat with a
stamp of "BPF 1.15". We will be following the Ripken bat rules which
you can see here. They do list a few illegal bats.
10U
Players may use any Wood bat, any USA Baseball stamped bats, any bat with a stamp of "BPF 1.15". We will be following the Ripken bat rules which you can see here. They do list a few illegal bats.
12U
Players may use any Wood bat, any USA Baseball stamped bats, any bat with a stamp of "BPF 1.15". We will be following the Ripken bat rules which you can see here. They do list a few illegal bats.
14U Section 3
Players may use either the 12U bat rules or the 14U 1 & 2 bat rules.
14U Section 1 & 2
Only BBCOR bats or wood bats. All non-wood bats must have the BBCOR stamp on them. Any wood bat is allowed.
